Billy Stephens, Pastor
Pastor Billy was born in Gainesville, FL and raised in Starke, Fl. Billy has been in full-time ministry since 2001. He is a husband, father, follower of Jesus, and pastor. Billy and his wife Dede have 4 sons, Will, Grant, Evan, and Asher.

Clint Fairfield, Pastor of Worship & Students
Clint joined out team in 2024 from Gainseville, Fl. He is married to Mariah and together they have three children.
Christen Miller, Children's Ministry
Christen has been serving as our children's ministry director since 2023. Christen is Married to Reid and together they have two children.

Nanci has been on staff at OBC since 2021. Nanci is married to Cliff and together they have two children.
